1:1 Coaching Sessions
A space to slow down and listen. In these one-on-one sessions, we gently explore what your body is holding—whether it’s grief, transition, creative longing, or something unnamed. Using mind-body tools, grounding practices, parts work, and intuitive inquiry, we work together to bring you into deeper connection with yourself.

Workshops
My seasonal workshops weave together somatic practice, creative expression, and connection to land. Rooted in ritual and care, each gathering is an invitation to come home to your body, move through inner shifts, and remember your belonging — to yourself, to community, and to the living world. Workshops may include a blend of somatic exercises, guided writing, art-making, sensory exploration, and time in nature. Some offerings are held indoors, others invite us to listen and move with the landscape itself.
I'm also inspired to partner with groups and organizations doing transformational change work. Group work offers a potent space to practice embodiment and presence — not just as individuals, but as a collective body. If your community or organization is interested in a customized workshop or collaboration, I’d love to connect.

Ritual Creation
Rituals help us mark what matters. They offer shape and meaning to life’s thresholds—birth, death, loss, celebration, or identity shift—and help us move through change with intention and care.
In this offering, we meet much like we would in a 1:1 somatic session. We'll explore the transition you're currently navigating, how you want to feel as you move through it, and how you'd like to be supported or witnessed by your community along the way. From there, we’ll co-create personalized practices to help you honor, engage with, and embody the transition.
This may include simple daily rituals, symbolic actions, embodied practices, or full ceremonies designed for you to move through alone or with others. These rituals are rooted in your story, your body, and your values—an invitation to move across the threshold with presence, reverence, and meaning.

Culture in Action
Culture in Action is a body of work that was created by my dad, Greg Ranstrom, who was an exceptional leadership and collaborative culture coach. Culture in Action is intended to provide a framework for organizations to create their organizational culture in an intentional and embodied way, and to sustain their desired culture through growth, change, and challenges. This is legacy work for me— It is an honor to share my dad’s work and wisdom with the world. I offer this program to organizations that support common good community and social justice projects. If you are interested in Culture in Action for your organization please send me a message.
